I’ve got a 2020 Tacoma with stock air intake. I use a reusable K&N drop in filter. I just changed the filter and snapped off the rear inboard connection/latch on the lower air box. Is the an oem part number, or search on rockauto? Or do I have to deal with dealer crap? Thanks for any advice.

2 part epoxy..or JB weld might be something to also to consider..sure rock auto has a search engine function but it's fill with mainly aftermarket non OEM parts made to a price point ( cheap) that rarely if ever matches OEM quality or fitment..Stealership or epoxy would be my recommendation in that situation..

oof that's like a $100 part if I recall correctly. Broke mine as well in a different portion and just left it as is because screw that. Seals up fine.

edit: goddamn it's actually a $400 part lol part number 177000C151

Just another quick thing, on Ebay there are knockoff oem style air intakes for the 2005-2015 2tr-fe Tacomas that go for $50-80 last time I checked. Your 2020 2tr fe should be the same....I think. Not sure if there are any differences but they look very similar. Maybe something to consider. Linking to a random one off ebay, there are multiple vendors of the same thing basically.

From my reference info, it shows the air cleaner assembly and only the top is available as a separate part. The part number for the assembly is 17700-0C151
You best bet would be eBay (like the link that @whatstcp shared) or a junkyard.

I don't know where you're located, but use car-part.com to look up used parts from salvage yards in your area. When I wanted to replace the charcoal filter on the top lip of my air box (removed my original, I felt no benefit and my truck started to develop a super high idle on cold starts, which the charcoal filter should prevent fuel vapors from going back to the air filter), found a complete air intake (from fender to throttle body) for $45 at a local salvage yard.

Also check Facebook Marketplace for your area, they show up there and Craigslist pretty often.
