How many of you have managed to have gotten "in trouble" on TW?

Well, I didn't, either. It was just indicative of the type of person I was arguing with, which made their opinion less valid.

Entertaining, but no thanks. There are so many people that game that system because apparently their self esteem is tied to their reddit/imgur score.

I like our way of doing things. If you don't like a post here, you reply by calling the person a chin drooling dumbfuck, start a fight, and get banned. It's a very efficient system.

O got banned for the absolute most ridiculous thing and I'd put my ban up against anyone else's as the most ridiculous. It was in that silly, harmless "Add a word, drop a word" game thread and I got banned for a two word phrase I put up, as did the person who posted behind me, as they kept the word that I assume was in question. Both posts were deleted which is how I could tell that was the cause. I have seen much worse on here and I was stupified to say the least.

With that said, I appreciate that the mods try to keep this site clear of politics, hate speech, etc. so I sucked it up and didn't question it when I returned.

Maybe I should start using the "report" button because I cannot imagine a sane person looking at my two word phrase and thinking there any political implication, endorsement, etc., whatsoever. If reporting my post got me banned, heck I have to imagine I can get at least half a dozen people banned per day.

 

I'm glad we're not like Reddit. That site is a cesspool.

 

I'm on imgur. The upvote/downvote system combined with the 140 character limit has created a self affirming feedback groupthink, and any unique thoughts or viewpoints are hereby ejected.

I used to enjoy it, but now I mostly do a quick scan for funny stuff then log off. It's also a cesspit.

Never got in trouble on TW but definitely got into trouble driving a Tacoma. Good Trouble

 

Now there's where I'm jealous. I haven't gotten stuck once yet. Actually I got bogged down in the mud once, but I stopped and deflated and it immediately crawled right out. Otherwise, on pretty much any fire road, snow, dirt trail, or wet field I've been on, the truck has been as sure footed as a mountain goat. I'm in a 2WD.

I don't think I'm doing it right.
