So I just got this Tacoma from an in-law recently & pretty new to all the Taco mods

Just noticed there's a MICTUNING light bar installed but it doesn't light up when I press the switch in the cabin. I followed the wiring from the bar itself up to the fuse and found these. Is that supposed to be a terminal ring that broke off? And if it is how do I go about replacing it?

Its red. Generally that means power. If you feel lucky attach it to a 12v dc source and see if the lights work. Assuming nothing blows up, cut the connector off, strip and crimp a new connector. I solder my connectors (optional). Shrink wrap. Attract to an appropriate power source.

I would dispose of that “parking sensor” and its affiliates. Looks like it just gonna be a vampire and drain your battery some day. I would also wonder what/whom caused the ring terminal to become a spade. Peeling off that electrical tape to expose whats under there would be helpful. Some google efforts could tell you the positions of the wires and which is switched, constant , etc. but like rnish said red is probably the constant/battery.
