    I did that at my daughters house. I sometimes forget that I’m not 160 pounds anymore. I was in the attic and walking on the ceiling joists. I ducked a collar tie and lost my balance and did a split on the joist.

    Luckily for me it's plywood in the ceiling of the garage. Not that I really want to step on it, but it won't buckle like sheet rock.

    I was drilling a hole to run some wire at a friend's house and I slipped when I broke through the wood. Landed my hand right on the insulation and cracked the rock. Luckily it was right at the seam so you don't really notice it.
