    Hello Everyone,

Making this post because I can't believe I am still seeing people selling and buying used TRD Beadlock wheels (These are the ones that came on the Baja FJ's and Tacomas a few years back) for over $2K.

I noticed that Elmhurst Toyota was selling TRD Beadlocks on eBay. When I messaged them, they did confirm that TRD beadlock wheels were put back into production BUT with a new part number.

    PTR56-35220-F3 for grey
    PTR56-35220-F2 for black
    PTR56-35220-F5 for bronze

    PT280-35220-G0 for Center Caps

The part number for the complete set of needed (lugs, locks, spline drive, and key) is PTR27-35100
For the locks and key only it is PTR27-34061
For a set of 6 lugs and spline drive it is PTR27-34060

I do feel like part of this confusion is that the Toyota Parts websites just list these as "Alloy Wheels."

But unless Elmhurst Toyota put the incorrect part number on their eBay listings, these are them.

Center caps aren't available that I can see. Saved the grey in my watch list for later in case a complete set pops up.

Google the part number, other dealers have them for cheaper.

Feels like a money grab by toyota. They discontinue (or maybe just supply chain issue?) these wheels then reissue them under a new part number at a much higher price? Feels suspicious to me. But, at least they're available. Get 'em while ya can.

Either way still much cheaper than what people are paying for a used set, especially on the West coast

I gave up on getting these wheels. I ordered the lugnuts awhile back too. Gotta visit my mom's and find them so I can sell them.

People are listing them that high but they aren't selling for that much. There are multiple sets I've seen for sale that aren't selling because they're priced too high. Yes, prices are elevated but listing prices aren't the same as actual selling price or market value.

No but while they are listing at that high, they won't sell them for what they are really worth until they get realllllly tired of seeing them in the garage lol.

    Something to ponder.
The UK company that built the wheels was bought out 2 or so years back which is probably why the production stopped. I wonder who and where the new part number wheels are coming from.

Interesting, do you know the name of the company? I had a hunch that they were the same company who was making Team Dynamics wheels but was never able to confirm that.

2.5" OME lift, Fox 2.5 coil overs, all pro expo leafs, ubolt flip kit w/ upgraded bump stops, 1.25" wheel spacers, 16" Bronze KMC Impact OL wheels, 295/75/r16 Nitto grapplers, beige Softopper, Brute force front bumper w/smittybilt winch, RCI rear bumper, caliraised rock sliders, TRD IFS skid plate custom swingout tailgate w/spare tire mount, TC bed stiffeners, Magnum force CAI, KC spotlights, tacomabeast headlights, rear seat molle panel odds and ends, hi lift, MESO interior lights, and a fuck load of patches… more planned for later.
I have a set of 5 gunmetal grey FJ trail team wheels coming off the truck tomorrow, was gonna sell em with center caps and black aftermarket lugs for $800. A few small dings and no tpms but it’s close if anyone is interested :notsure:

Edit these are not beadlocks I was commenting here in case anyone is tired of looking for those and would settle for something else unique to Toyota.
