I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
No sorry I want to control the quality of the final product that's on the streets. And yes freight is quite nasty right now.

Cant wait to get the Full Hoops on the 2015 @JLee. Curious how she'll look with a DB customs grill with red TOYOTA lettering and Morimoto XB headlights. I don't want to bug ya but might give ya a call sometime this week and order some more shit and check on that bumper. Lot of killer looking rigs with your stuff brother.

@JLee, any chance you could confirm if a Warn M8000 will fit on this bumper? Thanks!

see post #324. Winch fits, control box needs to be relocated. Kinda awkward to reach the handle on winch as there is no access from top, but that’s because it ends up behind the grille. I can reach it through the lower openings or from reaching behind bumper from the side but if you are in knee deep water you’re going to get wet ….or remove the grille

I found a spot behind grille for control box about 11” above the winch that I canf reach with hood up

What 30” light bar are you guys running?
My Diode dynamic 30” light bar does not fit. The light is about 3/4” too long, it doesn’t fit within the mounting tabs. Don’t really want to cut off the mounting tabs and re-weld them back on, being that I just painted the bumper.

31.625" mounting width. Pretty much all 30" bars are close to that width without the tabs installed. Diode states 31.75" with the L brackets installed so I'm not sure how it could be .750" wider without the L tabs installed.

I’ll take another look at it tonight. I was under the impression the light bar mounted directly between the tabs. I’ve been wrong before though many times….:D
I’ll try it with the L brackets.

This is what I mean. It doesn’t fit within the mounting tabs. I’ve also pushed the mounting tabs out a little to try and squeeze the light bar in there. I’m not sure what that L bracket is going to do if I can’t get the light bar in the space.
    Open for suggestions.

I installed a DD 30” bar. It is a bit wider than the BAMF mounting tabs. I just adjusted (bent) each tab to fit the bar.
If I remember correctly it was actually two bends per tab in order to square the tab with the bar.

    edit: ditch the DD brackets.

Yeah I started to bend them I guess I’ll keep on bending them. You had to bend the hell out of the tabs to fit that light.

Yea, thinking back this is what I did. I bent each tab out wider than the bar, cut a 1x2 to use as wedge between the tabs and then back bend the tabs to square with the bar. Hope that makes sense to you.
I used one of these to bend the tabs https://www.mcmaster.com/pliers/tight-grip-sheet-metal-benders-and-crimpers/

Yup, I know exactly what did. Oddly enough I have a pair of those sheet metal vise grips.
    Thanks.

Yeah I would just bend the tabs on the bumper. no need to cut anything with it being that close. If the holes are threaded deep enough in the light bar you can shave the mounting points down some and make it less of a tight fit. You can fold those light tabs near flat without harming them so feel free to bend them to fit the light bar.

I got the CaliRaised 32" bar. Although advertised as a 32" light bar it is a 30" light with a 31.5" housing. I added a thin washer on each side for a snug fit without needing to bend anything.
