Aftermarket 3rd Gen. Front Bumper and Skid Plate compatibility.

Hello All,

Quick question for you all. I just installed a set of RCI Steel Skid plates on my 22 Tacoma.

Does anyone know if an aftermarket bumper would have any installation issues with the skid plates?

I have a Relentless bumper with RCI skids. No interference between the two. I cannot speak to that bumper though.

 

I didnt have a picture when I first replied. Also acknowledging your question is for a third gen and a different bumper, but heres a couple pics, just in case it helps.

I have that Body Armor bumper with a TRD front skid. It fits with no issues. Based on the RCI skid images, it does not look like it will interfere.

 

Thanks for the response! I picked up the slimline bumper this week and will install it next week when I get some time. Looks like everything will fit perfectly.
