    Hey All,

So our TMPS is really acting up. It will be totally fine (see all 4 tire pressures in the center display) then we'll get the flashing alert and then none of the tires read (or rather display --). Give it some time, ranges from a few hours to a few days, and it'll come back. Sometimes it'll cycle during one drive. No recent tire related work done. Any thoughts?

2016 Limited Pre-runner, 128k mi, if any of that matters.

See if a tire shop can scan and get battery levels. With age and mileage, could be low batteries, if they’re there originals.

Ok thanks, i'll give that a shot. I'd hazard a guess they are original but don't know as we are the 2nd owners.

Only aesthetic mods so far Leer 180 cap & Clazzio covers on order.
Most likely a weak battery in one or more sensors. Had similar issues with my '06 TRD OR at about 10 years old.

I notice mine won't show any readings in the mornings when temps are below 50F.
I have an 8 mile drive to work, mostly freeway and when i get to work, it still shows a blank, but in the afternoon when Temps are up it shows the TP pretty quickly. I reckon it's just one of them thangs.

I wouldn't mind that too much, still annoying, but it starts flashing the low pressure alert on the dash. More or less concerned it'll become the boy who cried wolf to me.

Can't replace the batteries in the sensors. New sensors would need to be installed.

Batteries or you've installed something blocking the signal to the receiver. We've seen that happen here.
