I’ve only owned a taco about 2 months now and I was expecting to get between 18-20 MPG as advertised on the sticker. As you can see from these pics I’m getting much more than that and not sure why.

I’m on 32’s with a 1” preload collar up front, other than that it’s pretty stock. No pedal commander or tune.

Has anybody else gotten in the MPG ranges that I’m getting? I’m not complaining just curious if these trucks are truly just this efficient! I am coming from a Jeep Wrangler on 37's which averaged 11.5 in the city and 15 on the interstate (even got "GASGZLR" as a personalized plate), so I am thrilled with these numbers.

No money, all went to truck...
It'll slowly drop. Not sure the reason but it's been common for some of us here. I started around 20-22. Now average 18-19.

I have a way to get better mpg. Just park the truck and ride a bicycle everywhere.

You warm weather states have it lucky, mostly flat too making it easier to achieve those mpg. At first I assumed OP had a new truck, so its broken in and getting good MPG, noticed mine was bad when the truck had under 10k miles.

The additives when winter hurts the MPG a lot.

Alabama gas prices are $2.50 a gallon and you’re bragging about 25 mpg?! Why?

My sister's Ford Raptor amazed everyone we knew, actually they flat out thought she was lying She was getting 21mpg cruising at 50 on backroads. Everyone said no. 15 is about what they all get with the 6.2. Highway was high teens... Engine ate itself alive at 8400 miles. Lemon'd it and got a new Raptor with same motor. 15 mpg like everyone else. We still wonder if the motor in that first truck was running lean or something. Never had any codes, but damn it got good mileage til it died!

I’m averaging around 19-20 mpg with mixed city/highway driving.

    No complaints here.

If you are lucky, here in California, you pay below $5/ gallon (87 octane)... usually at Costco. Most namebrands, near highways, are closer to $6. The government here makes more profit per gallon than the companies that actually produce and sell it!

My 2010 V-6 (Off Road TRD 4x4 V-6 automatic 4-door) gets between 15-17 mpg, always has except on road trips and on Mexican gasoline (no ethanol), when I get 18-20!

I drive until I hit about a quarter tank, fill it up and drive some more.
    Repeat as needed.
