Hey, what do you know! Placed my order on 11/17, and still no email with tracking number.

 

Order placed 11/18 am
Email regarding 4WD/2WD received and replied 12/7
Order processed w/tracking link email received today 12/12
Current tracking ETA 12/15

No real issues here, knowing it was a new product. Could things have been better? Sure. But they've communicated well on this board as well as emails to me. If I had any issues I'd contact their customer support.

Side question:
Are 05-15 versions possible after the 16+ tappers off?

 

I want to give kudos to the CaliRaised CS. I got the e-mail about 4WS vs 2WD last week and today I got a text from CR, double-checking the model.
Guys, just be patient. McDonald's drive thru spoiled out society with instant gratification.

You can have your product Cheap, Fast or Good quality. Pick any 2. CaliRased picked Cheap and Good quality. I appreciate it. Their lower price point is what pushed me over the edge. I had looked at the competing products for a year. Bought CR shields that day I saw this thread. Price, price, price.

 

Don’t forget ease of installation, which is also quite high on this product. Not having to drill holes and install Riv-nuts is very nice.

 

And tamper proof bolts are included with purchase. No extra charge.

 

And I would encourge you to properly communicate with customers who have placed orders and paid for the product. This is not the place to do that. Use this forum only to gauge customer satisfaction...and I can tell you...some ain't happy with your lack of communication.

Ordered Nov 16 and got an email Nov 17 saying im reserved on the very first batch and no emails after. I already emailed them and still nothing.

Here’s my update, yesterday I received an automated email just before 9am stating my order was processed and included a tracking number. Then at 10:28 I received a call which I missed, a message was left saying the order shipped. A minute after that I got a text message reply to the website message I sent out on Friday, also saying the order has shipped, also included was the tracking number.
Then I check the tracking number on the FedEx website this morning… “Label Created.” So unfortunately no, it has not shipped yet.

I’m hopeful that the reason it didn’t go out yesterday was that FedEx truck was just too full with everyone else’s orders going out and not that the CaliRaised team are just printing off shipping labels to shut people up.

 

Depends on when FedEx stops by CR office. Not everybody gets a 5PM pick up time. My company has a 1PM cut off for FedEx. We still box up and label products (and e-mails go out to customers with tracking#) and boxes go out on the next day's truck. It is normal for businesses.

 

Or, you know, it just miiight be the busiest possible time of the year for FedEx, and trucks are stretched thin.

It took a good two business days between label and pick-up status for mine. This isn't Amazon. Just because it doesn't happen instantly doesn't mean that it's some kind of nefarious shipping conspiracy.
