Bilstein 8100’s

Set of bilstein 8100’s around 200 miles on them. One off-roading trip, found out they are a touch short for the rxt leafs I’m running. My original plan was to move the lower shock mounts up but after this last trip that’s not possible as it’s using all the up travel the shock has. $700 picked up in Nc

 

Which stage rxt are you running? Interested if I won’t have the same issue. I only see 1 but says set so just to clarify is this is for a pair of right and left rear? If so would you ship to Tennessee? Can you give me the part number for these? Thank you

 

im running stage 2, they are for a set of 2. They are fine if you’re not going for maximum droop off-road as they are 1.5” shorter then a set of 5125’s. Part number is 25-294064, I guess I could ship on the buyers dime.

depending where you are located we are headed to Tn the week after Christmas for a camping trip

 

I’m running 5125s right now with RXT stage 1 but been considering deaver full leaf pack. Man I’m interested but need to do some more research. I’m in west Tennessee so across the state from NC line. I would be willing to drive and meet you and pay for you gas if I decide these will work for me. Sell them if you get a buyer but I’m going to research these tonight

 

As bad as id like to try these at a very good price I’m afraid I’m going to run into the same issue as you after reading as much as i can about them on the site. I’m going to run my 5125s for now and upgrade the fronts to 8112s. At least that’s the way I’m leaning at the moment. Wish the fox elite didn’t require servicing. Don’t want that hassle. yeah these are more for a stock pack truck who wouldn’t benefit from the extra down travel the rxts provide. I wanted to try them out, and see if I could make them work but I can’t.

they are amazing honestly, I stuck my 5125’s back on and will be going with a relocation and a 12” shock after the holidays along with some hammer hangers.

 

So if a person were to be running say the icon AAL instead of rxt these would be ideal? I’ve still got my AALs sitting in the garage… decisions are hard. Those 8100s evo gray look badass on the truck

 

Yes, add a leaf or block. I love the grey that’s why I was hoping they would work out
