Questions about my 2017

The truck is a 2017 Limited with the JBL head unit if that matters.

1. When I pull up a text for everyone except my fiance, the Quick Reply button is enabled. But for her, it is greyed out. Any idea how I can enable this?

2. Where can I order OEM Toyota parts online? I want to replace all 4 shocks with OEM, need some oil filters, and the front brake pads are getting thin.

 

Don't know on text, enabling fir her text. But for shocks, look on hereB/S/T, or Facebook. Lot of new takeoffs for cheap. As for oil filters and pads any of the online dealer past places, just Google parts..
