I’m guessing that even if I’m not a huge fan of the looks immediately they’ll grow on me like the new Tundra did.

Definitely not a fan of the high bed side trend either. One of the things I dislike about the current Ranger. I’m not even sure how much higher they really are than the Tacoma, but boy they look high and I really don’t like the look.

    all tore up already
1976 cadillac 500 is my favorite. 8.2 liters and a whopping 190hp. That comes out to a nice 23.2 hp/L. Without factoring in the electric axle, the 2024 merc c63 amg makes 470hp from its 2.0L 4 cylinder which is 235hp/liter...

I wouldnt be mad if my truck had a slightly less complicated version of that driveline.

Hope I’m wrong, but I could also see a 4th gen not having a dclb as an option.

    I heard it's going to be a mid-engine V8 like the C8 Corvette.

GM went that route, axed everything but ccsb. Sucks but when you look at sales data extra cab/access cab represent a very low percentage of sales. Probably costs manufacturer money to offer it.
