    ill put mt90 in my tcase and see what happens.

    i thought u said it was from the diff at the front not the tcase though?

    Yeah I thought that too but it grinds as soon as I flip the switch and it doesn’t even have time for the front axle to actuate. I guess I probably should rename the thread.

    It’s basically been a huge guessing game because I haven’t been able to tear anything apart to really see what’s wrong.

    2012 silver 4wd regular cab
    I have a 2012 base 4wd with the 2.7l. Did yours make that noise going into and out of 4lo? Mine will do it once in and out of 4 lo and after that I can go in and out of 4lo as many times as I want with no issues.
