I hate cold weather and I’m a life long resident of PA. But I just kinda deal with it, snows fun but the days leading up to it, just suck. Old injuries come back to haunt me.

Good morning gents. Well I guess it's time to order a new front suspension. This sucks. But if I'm going to upgrade my well go premium. I might go with elkas no remote resi. As I don't wheel anymore.

I feel you. I had a serious case of Carpal Tunnel in my late 20s. Had the surgery and all is well but the cold makes my hands ache. Permanent nerve damage

Same here. The joints and tendons feel that raw, wet cold weather. Still, I get less enthusiastic about snow every year I age - especially big snowfalls. Shoveling hurts too. :p But the worst is ice. No thank you.

I'm born and raised in PA, travelled the world with the Army and woke up many times from sleeping in a depression in the ground to find myself shivering and covered in snow. Used to love to ski - now. like you, the old injuries and arthritis that comes with them makes cold weather less enjoyable. Thank God for our spa!! :D:rofl::thumbsup:

Surprising for I-83, reduced speed limits don't always sink in with some. I will be on it tomorrow, shopping in Hershey. Time to pay the piper for all the time I spent in the mountain.

I-83 is a short part of my daily commute, exit 33 down to exit 28, 5 miles of nonsense. I could take secondary roads but the time added would mean I'd need to get up earlier and that's just not likely to happen.

I was gonna take the truck since it's undercoated, but just looked out and it appears it's frozen solid. Ok, Subaru it is since it's dry in the garage

Trucks outside as I've been working on stuff on the house and needed to get stuff in and out of the garage, much easier to maneuver around the wagon...

Haven’t had the Carpal Tunnel thing …”yet”. But yeah, I get what looks like Raynauds in my hands from nerve damage in my C5&6, protip don’t get into a fight with a kitchen ceiling and cabinet.

Yeah, the cold days like today, just suck. Usually leading up to the storm I can feel it in my knee, and pinky, knee was squishy and slightly swollen this morning, started aching yesterday afternoon. I can’t figure out what’s worse, the body aches from certain types of storms, migraine from the other storms or the hands because of the cold.

When I was a kid I ran around in the 96 blizzard in shorts and a t shirt… use to fall asleep in snow forts/caves I’d dig out now…October hits and I pull the long Johns out. I wish I had a spa :rofl:hell even a hot tub would be nice.
