Just waiting on my right rear shock, 25” strut shims, and trying to figure out what upper control arms to go with.

Is taco lean even a real thing? This is my 2nd tacoma and I’ve never noticed. 1st one had a procomp 3” up front and a 2” in the back and never noticed before or after lift. My 2nd truck is stock for now and still don’t notice. Over on tundras they talk about the lean too, and still never noticed even with my 6112’s with a SDHQ .5” spacer on each side for a 3.5” lift. I’ve measured and everything comes up equal on both sides. So is there actual proof?

Some are definitely more pronounced than others. With newer shocks, I don't think it's as noticeable. But with more miles, given the weight of the battery, gas tank, etc. on the driver's side, you can begin to see it. I definitely had some lean after 100K miles on my shocks.

Is anyone running notch 6/6 with 1/2” lean spacer on the drivers side? I’ve got 1/4” spacer in there and it’s still leanin to the drivers side

What's it like driving in road without the sway bar? Wouldn't there be a lot of body roll?

Stock, absolutely. With the 6112 it's not bad at all. Only time I could get it to feel remotely unsafe is purposely cranking the wheel back and forth. Yes there is more body roll so if no roll at all is important to you then keep the sway bar on otherwise it doesn't bother me in the slightest, I have just as much confidence driving it now as I did stock and it is a worthwhile trade-off to have the better ride quality. (The reason the ride quality is improved is because the front suspension can be truly independent. With the sway bar on when you hit a pothole on the passenger side it jerks the truck and you feel it on the driver side. Now I can nail a hole on the passenger side, and hear it, but not feel it. My first Tacoma with 6112s I didn't take the sway bar off right away and I actually was extremely disappointed in how it rode off road, whipping my head back and forth. Taking it off was a lifesaver.)

just finished installing. Notch 4 gave me about 2" with the 600lb springs, 1.5" in the rear with tsb leafs & 5160's. Rides so nice and plush compared to the leveling kit I had on before. I will update if it settles more.

I doubt you'd run into issues with the lowers unless they are damaged already.

The uppers you may not be able to adjust enough based on how much lift you're doing combined with your wheel/tire set up. There's a lot of factors at play there.

Debated between these and 5100’s. Ended up going with the 5100’s due to buying a ton of other parts for the truck at the same time too.

Ordered from you guys, hopefully the wait time isn’t too long. Hindsight i should have emailed first lol.

You shouldn't run into alignment issues with the spec you picked up from us. The stock UCAs will be bouncing against their adjustability limit, but your tech should be able to get them into spec. Are you having issues, or are you concerned that you might?
Hindsight can often be 20/20, but we have everything in stock. Things will start trickling out today.

So they did not get you dialed in at all. Is it just pulling to the right, or is it tracking/darting around in slight undulations in the road?

Did they send you away with a printout?

It would be easier to play dumb if you had aftermarket UCAs...

I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling with it. The ONLY thing I can think of right now would be that maybe there is an issue where something is moving around or not properly tightened. Definitely not pointing fingers, but rather grasping at straws. I would recommend a shop that ideally also does suspension/aftermarket work perhaps. They might be able to catch if something is slightly off. :notsure: Keep me posted. You know I'll help if I can!

Finished installing my lift last night.

Front 6112’s on 650# springs from Bilstein. Clip setting 9/7

Rear 5160’s with Icon Rxt on setting #3

Waiting for it to settle but super happy with the stance and ride quality so far.
