    I'm pretty sure I told you about the first one, and it even had its own thread. In August 2021, I showed my truck at the Carlisle Truck Nationals. Showfield participants get a pass that allows them to drive pretty much anywhere on the fairgrounds. It's a truck show, and people flag other people down to ask them about their rides all the time; I thought nothing of it when this fat redneck and stepped out in front of my truck and put his hand up, until he called me a "fucking commie", went on a racist anti-Japanese rant, and started talking about Pearl Harbor. It took a lot self control to not pepper spray that guy or just reach through my open window and punch him; I ended up telling him to go fuck himself, and drove off.

    He was drunk, and the dashcam video even shows his slightly-more-sober buddy following him and trying to stop him.

    All because I had a front license plate that looked like the American flag on a Toyota!

    Second time was like two days before the 20th anniversary of 9/11, and I had an American flag on the trailer hitch pole. Some little old lady walking on the side of the road flipped me off for absolutely no reason; I was 99% she was giving my flag the one-finger salute, and I was pissed, so I slammed on the brakes and did a U-turn. I demanded to know why she flipped me off, and she totally denied doing so, but my dashcam footage clearly shows her flipping me off; I have a couple of theories as to why she did it that can't be posted publicly on TW, but I will never know for sure.
