Where do you purchase the HP or Ov tuner?

I'm from Cali so will the Tuner affect smog and emissions?

Tuning is for "off road purposes only".

California checks the CVN (a checksum generated from the running running code and cal id of the ecu) to what is provided from the OEM. If you are tuned via HPTuners you will fail likely smog.

I flashed back to my stock tune (pre-emptively about a week before and a few drive cycles) to pass smog for on my "off road only" tacoma. ;-)
