I am in the process of buying a new truck. A lit of dealers called with an "allocation date" usually 1-2 months out. Another dealer said they had one with a build date of December 10.
This was on December 11. When might I expect this truck delivered to the Pacific Northwest?

Mine took about 2 weeks after the build date to arrive. Who knows with the holidays though.

Mine sat at the factory before being put on a boat. It was supposed to hit land last week but still hasn’t shown this. I think it’s a crap shoot as to how fast you’ll get your truck

Trail -Limo-- What time of year? and was that this year? In what part of the country. Your's is an optimistic answer.... It sounds like it is quite random.. not a consistent pattern anyway.

For me, 9 1/2 weeks from build date to delivery on the east coast.

Edit: Sorry, that was the time from "ordering" at the dealer to delivery.

I just checked the door sticker, it read build date was 2/22. I picked up my truck on 3/22/2022. So 3 to 7 weeks, maybe.

That's similar to my experience. I ordered in March and picked up in July.

My 2023 pro was built 10/26. It has not arrived yet.
I do have the permanent vin #. The last 2 days I have been notified through the app 4 times "multiple doors unlocked"
Hopefully it is moving this way.

Mine sat at a rail hub for a month before someone finally decided to deliver it to my dealer around 50 miles away.

I got a “doors unlocked” notification on the app too. My Pro was built 12/6. I see there’s two “vehicle carrier” ships at the port in Veracruz, so hopefully it ends up on one of them.

My ‘20 was built 7/20 and came thru the port to Sandy Eggo two weeks later Aug 6th. I hope you have the same experience and congrats, amigo! You’ll love it when it shows up.

A few, mainly added skids. I like leaving the suspension alone. I drive forest service dirt roafs in the desert west extremely extremely too fast. Toyota nailed this suspension going 65 across desert terrain. Changing it is dumb unless you have a specific need like crawling or mud.
It all depends on the trucks shipping trucks. It's usually around 30 days depending on how far from Mexico you live. The NE seems to take much longer then any other region. But if you have a permanent vin, you have a truck. It will come

that'll be my luck. I just sold my truck, with the idea that we can go without it for a few weeks till the new one shows up. With my luck it'll get stuck again.

I hope not. My dealer thought it was incoming in a matter of days so they had a pile of tires and lift kit, TRD exhaust etc sitting there ready to go and I had gotten insurance and sold my car. Luckily I still had my other truck. Finally after 3 1/2 weeks the manager at the dealer got involved and boom, my truck was delivered the next day.
