    Im not sure about the "best" but I seen a place off the 605 fwy Firestone exit right next to Golf N Stuff that has a bunch of campers, or another one in El Monte that also has a bunch of them.

    Just called snugtop and they make no mid rise topper for the reg cab's, so I am forced to go with either ARE MX or Leer 180
