259,000 valve cover gaskets has let engine oil seep since 70,000 looks really clean and in good shape.

I've did so much to this Toyota . What I have spent restoring this truck is money well spent . It's 1998 Tacoma 2.4 5 speed 2wd 5 lug extended cab . I started on the engine and put all new seals and gaskets . Then changed the ignition wires and spark plugs it still had the original plugs in it. Then I took it to the body shop where all that was done . It got 2 new left and right front fenders,new hood,new bedside panel on the passenger side, new tailgate,new paint same color factory with a little more pearl added. Then I completely replaced the air conditioner and all of it's parts. Then I put a new interior in. New stereo system,new front windshield , this truck came from the factory with carpet . I replaced that with a vinyl floor much better and easier to clean. I replaced the wheels and tires. I upsized the wheel size from 14 inch wheels to 15 inch pro comp wheels and 215 75 r 15 toyo open country at3. I used a 2 inch leveling pucks to raise the front but now knowing more know then I knew back when I started I should have changed the spindles instead of pucks but it turns out I'm going to keep the pucks on with the new 3inch fabtech spindle lift kit . I'm am buying a set of 235 75 r15 this week and installing the lift and new rack and pinion. I will send pictures . It's been a fun restore or conversion .I need to wash it good before I take any new pictures
