    Morning all:

:rofl:Was just looking at an article about "what makes the 426 Hemi so special", everything was about the Hemi except it pictured a 426 Max Wedge instead of a Hemi!. The person writing the article, the proofreader, or whoever added the picture to the article, probably never even saw a 426 Hemi to know the difference and certainly didn't do their homework!

Absolutely has. It also has an option where it can link by cell signal to the local shop and they get status updates on the system.

I watch videos of younger people "reviewing" older cars from the 60'-80's -- most of them have no clue about the cars on so many levels... :annoyed:

:pccoffee:Good Morning Porch Pals & Sue! Chilly this morning, and not the chili from last night! Heck, that pot is sitting outside on the bakers rack for cooling!
Got all the AV work done except playing with remotes and such. Enjoying a 4K picture compared to what I had - it's tremendous. And I realized I should not judge the sound setup with (lower budget) Bowl games. Going to spend the day playing with buttons and household putz. Make the weeks plan to be ready for a freezing Christmas!:santa: And me and my son are not doing well with our bowl picks - I almost climbed back to zero, but we are both still negative.

I'd have to have an electrician come put mine in, because of the city. Our breaker panel is inside, in the middle of the house, so there is no way to pick circuits - along with the "odd" wiring. I put off doing anything this year, but I will need to get an electrician to put a switch outside at the house panel; feed everything, and just watch what we turn on. Retirement took enough hits that I just kept putting things off....

I’m sorry I miss interpreted your statement.

I replaced our original Onan (now Onan Cummins) with this one a few years ago.

I though it was another another Onan in the Briggs assembly.
    My apologies..

if you are using a portable gen with no fancy stuff like mine I have a suggestion.

GenerLink 30 Amp Meter Mounted Transfer Switch

It goes behind your service meter and absolutely no wiring needed.
    Plug and go.
You don’t even need a lock out IIRC because it disconnects automatically.
I think it would work for your situation..

Try playing with older European and Japanese motorcycles. Often each cylinder has its own carb. Had the bank of 4 carbs for my vintage Honda on and off multiple times getting them clean and functioning properly.

I'm turning 65 next April which means I'll eligible for Medicare. I do not understand diddly squat about Medicare.

I hear all this stuff about Part A, Part B, and all these other Parts. Now I think I understand that Part A covers hospitalization, Part B covers Local Doctor visits and outpatient care, and another part (Part D maybe?) is for prescription drugs. But what about all these other parts? I hear about Medicare "supplements" but what are they? Are they provided by the government, private companies or what?

    Help!

No apology necessary, my friend! I can see where my original comment could be interpreted differently that I'd intended. Chalk that up to not having enough coffee in my system when I wrote it. :D:pccoffee:

    And, good morning fellow Porchatonians!!

My neighbor has a pacemaker that has remote monitoring. Drove to NJ to visit his daughter and forgot to advise the monitoring company. Gets a call on his cell on the Jersey Turnpike from them...I'd guess when he answered they knew it was still working
