Anyone have any recommendations for aftermarket seats? My seat is in pretty rough shape and most seatcovers that I like are about as much as a whole aftermarket seat. But I don't know too much about the different brands. I am looking for a seat that is more fitted any recommendations or other info you have would be appreciated

    From what I've seen-

    Aftermarket seats: $700 - 2500 per seat.

High end covers: $400 - 1200 for all four.

My recommendation: pull quotes from an upholstery shop and also a salvage yard. You might be able to refurbish or replace for cheaper than buying a new Recaro.

... Unless you want Recaros, then by all means, don't let me squash that dream.

I was looking at a Braum seats, 800 for a pair. They look mid tier sport seat with some real cheap ones at around 300 for a pair.

I don't know what specifics I should be looking for in the manufacturing of the seats. Like if there is a certain material I should look for in the bucket or any safety features I should make sure I get

Well you don’t have to worry about airbags in the seats, just seatbelts as that’s all ya got now for safety. And I see you live in the Tundra……anything you feel comfortable in, but I would stay with cloth in your neck of the woods..

congrats on tonight’s win also in 15 degree weather
