For sale is a brand new OEM Toyota rearview mirror with auto-dim and a built-in backup camera. Bought from Bob Prim at Bob’s Automotive Mirrors, bought when I had an original Gen 2, but was no longer needed when I traded in for a 2014 with a built-in rearview camera. Comes with wire cover, wiring harness, and installation instructions. Original price was approx. $300 CAD plus customs.

Price is $130.

Items are located in Toronto, Canada. Buyer to pay shipping, although I am willing to negotiate within reason if it makes a material difference to the sale.

 

For the backup camera, did you have to swap out your 2nd gen rear tailgate handle with another handle/cam? I'd love to use this but my 2nd gen doesnt have a tacoma tailgate camera/lock.

 

You can either swap it out with a tailgate handle with an integrated camera, or you can also mount a camera in a spot of your choosing (e.g., atop a bed cover, in the rear bumper, on a license plate cover with a camera attachment, etc.). Swapping out the tailgate handle is really straightforward though
