2022 Tacoma TRD PRO missing decal

Did you get them from MAS, or did they tell you it's on you to purchase since you accepted the vehicle? I'm asking because I just picked mine up yesterday from the port at Bremerhaven and I didn't notice the missing decal or skid plate until I got home which was a 9 hour drive. I'm going to call MAS today about it.

As far as my limited research goes this is the only thread on the internet I can find so far with the same problem as myself. Made an account just to ask you this.

 

I almost picked up my vehicle at Bremerhaven as well but we’re stationed in Belgium and there was an issue with getting temp plates. I had to purchase the hood decal from a Toyota dealer in the states (McGeorge Toyota part# PT747-35220-02). I tried to do this as well with the skid plate but nobody would ship here. So I went back to MAS and asked if they could provide a solution since I tried everything I could. It took some time but they approved ordering one through a Toyota dealer in KTown and having them install it too. Hopefully that’s an option for you. If you ask a salesperson, they will tell you it’s not possible. You need to speak to their supervisor based in England, at least that’s what we did.

 

Ok thank you for the info, that's basically what I'm going to try to do. I've already talked to MAS and they had me send pictures up the chain. Hopefully it will get figured out. Thanks for the part # as well I'll use that.

Similar happened to me except my truck was missing that large piece of glass you look through while driving forward. I didn’t notice until a bird hit me in the face, Son of a B!!!

I just called the salesman I had been dealing with and described what was going on and asked him what he could do about it. He asked for pictures to send to higher ups so I sent them.

 

TRD PRO 4Runners sometimes made it out of port missing the badges.
