Vibration noise at 1.5k - 2k under acceleration

    Back with more questions... So I got this vibration/ rattling noise, metallic methinks when accelerating around 1500 and 2000 rpm. Just started recently, was watching car care nut on YT. He mentioned one of the clutches on vvti gears and so on... Not an expert mechanic, but worry about my truck. Let me hear your thoughts.
