    I keep hearing that 'new' buzz phrase- the Siberian Express. I guess that "Polar Vortex" doesn't sound as exciting/menacing. I laughed ( in a good way) at Ryan Hall's
    video yesterday, he just tells it like it is. Paraphrasing: "Someone is going to get dumped on, I just don't know who it is yet".

    -50 Celsius is -58 Fahrenheit. However I thought that at -40 the temp is the same be it Fahrenheit or Celsius.

    We are headed down to -11c or 12.2f tonight. Quite unusual for us here. Makes for fun playing in the foot of snow that we got here.

    Damn, looks like there is an outside chance that there could be a white Christmas at my house this year, and I won’t be home to enjoy it. It’s supposed to snow Thursday night, and it should be cold enough to stick around through Sunday. Not as good as fresh snow on Christmas Day itself. But as I won’t be there what does it matter. :(

    My dog is famous for opening doors and leaving them wide open at the worst times. I went down the street to a Christmas party with my folks a couple nights ago. Left the dog at home alone, came back a couple of hours later to the front door standing wide open and the dog sleeping on the couch.
