    That guy who owns the securities lawfirm in TX and Susan Trimbath have been litigating on behalf of retail and against short sellers their entire lives.

    A couple of really good securities lawyers backed up by a few trillion dollars might make a difference, otherwise you just go into legal limbo in perpetuity against an unstoppable force with, quite literally, limitless resources.

    The unfortunate reality of litigation is that it doesnt really matter who is correct under the law, but rather who can win the monetary attrition.

    The path to victory is not winning the case, the path to victory is bankrupting your opposition with lawyer costs, thus forcing them to settle for what you will give them.

    Big money is very well positioned for this game, because they have all the money.
