This is my first brand new truck purchase. I ordered this in July of 2022 and it came in Dec 30th of 2022. While I was waiting I was like a kid in a candy store and purchased an OEM TRD Pro Grill, mudguards, tailgate lock remote, bed light kit, black overlays, a Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty, etc. I installed all of that on the long New Years day weekend, LOL.

Here's a purchase day pic with wife, me and two sales peeps 12/30/22:
    IMG_3887.jpg

I ordered most parts from ToyotaPartsDeal. I did find my local dealer was cheaper than anyone else for the bed mat so I was glad to buy that from them. I've found that quite a few dealers sell parts cheaper than Amazon (some of them considerably cheaper than Amazon) and honestly, I'd rather support them directly than help grow giant. Even my local dealer was MUCH cheaper than Amazon on the bed mat.

Here's a photo of parts piling up while I was waiting for truck to come in.

Wheels weigh 25.4 lbs each(same as SEMA wheels). I really like the SEMA wheels but was drawn to these due to the newer style. I plan to seal them with Dr Beasley's matt seal to try to make them easy to keep clean. They are also a little more matte than I'd like(more matte than photos show) and I hope Dr Beasley's will add a little satin sheen to them.

2nd day of ownership. TRD Pro grill, bedlight kit, mudgaurds, and tailgate lock installed this morning. I added a washer behind the top screw as shown in bottom pic to account for no lift. I will remove if I add some lift. Zero issues.

First treatment of Hybrid Solutions Ceramic today. I'm pretty happy with this stuff. I cleaned, clay barred, alcohol wiped and then applied ceramic. I intend to apply a 2nd coating tomorrow(per instructions) to promote longer life.

Installed Redarc Pro-Tow Liberty. Unfortunately, the included switch insert wouldn't work due to the 360 cam button so I modified the blank to the far right. It took some doing but came out looking factory.

rybern, did the TRD Pro grill come with the sensor mounting plate in the center, below the lettering- or did you have to order that separately? Looks great!

The sensor cover (known as the "garnish") is the tricky part..... sort of. The garnish was actually the first part I purchased for this new truck. After a bit of research I knew the OEM garnishes are $350 (which is ridiculous) and I was considering aftermarket. I really like to stick with OEM parts so I don't know which aftermarket one is good. I kept an eye out for months(while waiting for truck to come in) and I found a like new OEM garnish with a clip broke off(still held in place with metal retainers; zero issues) in the TW classifieds for $140. I hope this helps.

Lomax Urethane installed today. Very happy with it. I took a lot of time with weather stripping to try to promote leak resistance.

2021 4R Pro wheels wrapped with 265/70r17 Toyo AT3 SL will go on tomorrow. That will be about it for a while. I gotta try to ease up on spending to get this thing paid off..... wife and I hate debt. ;)

Thank you. I like how you quoted "free".... I'm sure you'll agree that we paid for them, LOL. I intend to get $500 for these GY tires with 80 miles on them.

Truck had 91 miles on it when the wheels were installed with 265-70r17 Toyo AT3 SL. Wheels are OEM '21 4Runner Pro wheels. I beveled the rear axle hubs to make these fit. It seemed to take a little more bevel than expected to get these wheels to fit but in full disclosure I'm a bit perfectionistic. Here's the thread I used for reference.
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/problems-with-2021-4runner-trd-pro-wheels-install.715447/page-3

I beveled until there was only .35" distance from the drum face to the edge of bevel. This matches the front hubs so what can it hurt.
    20230128_125937.jpg

I put 25 miles on them today and I unfortunately did experience a minor rub when turning. o_O Bone stock suspension.
