Yeah I know the drill. Done it before with other things. It will not be fun but I'm good with it. Fucking CA sped up the timeline on me. Guess menthols have some pc-angle.

I went through some shit when they banned my clove cigarettes. I was in some funk for a couple weeks!

 

First 3 days are physical withdrawal. After that it’s mental but gets easier. Dec. 18th of this year was 6 years for me. One of my better decisions.

I have two options:

1. Quit smoking because I like menthols and my state banned them

2. Get use to non-menthol cigs and wait till I have a reason to stop

Going with option 1 but it'll suck

At the time menthols we're still around so I just switched back to them. Then went to vaping. Actually, that might be a something you can take to ween yourself off nicotine.
