Phoenix automotive screen

Hello all,
I’ve been looking into this for a couple days, contacted their tech support, which was entirely useless. If anyone has had this I have a few questions.
1. Did the knob slots come empty? I believe this is the case based on the you tube video (https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=xWL3DwEbOUk&feature=youtu.be)
2. If so what did you place into it? I am worried about having a hole in my dash if I order it. I have a manual so no start button. I also have manual air so is he the three ac switches. I do have the 4x4 selector. From what I see in the picture and the video only the 4x4 would be moved over. So is the knob just open or is there another one you can place into it?
3. The video they say a lot on if you have the 2021, any idea on compatibility, with a 2018 including the factory usb.

if support is useless now with pre-purchase questions, they'll likely be just as useless once you throw money at them.
the screen is very poorly formatted and displays heated seats as well as a/c seats, which these trucks never came equipped with, so you're going to have functionality on the screen that won't ever be used.
