Shop Time w/T.W. Friends. Where is your wallet…..poll

Haven’t done anything to it since you last saw it, been off from the shop since the 22nd.

 

Sadie and I went hunting yesterday evening, we saw 11, 10 does/fawns and one small buck I would have let her shoot but he was too close. The way the blind is made she couldn’t get the gun down far enough. He was less than 10 yards away. It got dark and he was still there. He finally ran off.

Speaking of Amish or Mennonite; years ago had my family at Cabela's doing some shopping and there was another family in there dressed just a little different. My son ask me, "dad are those pilgrims?"
I forget what my exact reply was but told him no, not like in the sense your learning about in 3rd grade history.

That is one of the weird things I have yet to wrap my head around. Any sort of attraction you might go to (Cabela's, the Zoo, Art Museum) you'll find the Amish there in droves. Certifiably odd, if you ask me.

 

I'm pretty sure the Amish are at home right now, taking a break from weaving baskets talking about how they always see that weirdo in a Fastenal shirt everywhere they go.
I just had a black bear walk across the trail about 500 yards up. Send some of them deers my way, I hunted Monday afternoon, last night and I aint seen a one. Been changing spots too.
