    I changed mine at 75k on my 18 OR only because I was giving it to my youngest son...As far as looks couldn't tell the old from the new...

    That is a good thing, if the coolant "looks" bad it has already been compromised for a long time.

    2017 Tacoma TRD 4X4, 2023 Tacoma SR5 4X4
    Not much, just floorpads and mud guards.
    My 2017 is at 55,000 and I was going to take it to Toyota to have them flush the coolant for $230 but decided to just drain the radiator myself, run it for a year and then drain it again and do the same maybe every 20,000 miles or so. I'm hoping by doing this regularly I can run it without flushing it in the future. Of course I will test the coolant and if it does need a full flush I certainly wont put it off.
