2010 Tacoma 4x4 single cab on stock 16" steelies, 265/70/16. I want to upgrade my wheels & tires to either a SCS F5 or Method 701s (Mickey Thompson Classic III as a wild card).

My questions is specific to you regular cab owners: do you prefer a 16 or 17" wheel and why? Does the 16 better suit our smaller trucks or will 17s help "fill" it out a bit?

If you have these specific wheels on your RC, in a similar tire size (pizza cutters welcomed!), it'd be a godsend for me to compare. I've combed both the RC and SCS mega threads but get so overwhelmed trying to dig out these specific combos.

Other notes: I drive 80+ miles for work, sometimes up a volcano hwy to 10,000' elevation. I fish on weekends with mild-moderate trails (dirt/lava rocks). I want don't want to give up a ton of hwy performance but still be able to hit the trails. Im thinking of staying in the 265/70/16 or 265/70/r17. I am considering a 2" Billstein lift (told this is needed for pizza cutters).

tldr; need recommendation between 16 or 17" wheels specifically for 2nd gen regular cabs, and pics requested of both in SCS F5s and Methods 701. Im dumb and indecisive, have exhausted the search bar, yet here I am with another "what wheels ____" thread. Im sorry
