    LS1 swap with nitros.
    I did mine recently... drained radiator and valve on passenger side of block. Think it took around 2 gallons of the pre-diluted mix.

    It’s quick and easy and is better than doing nothing. Personally, I’d go for the full flush for a bit more work but it’s still not a bad idea.

    Man I love seeing my vids bleed into the forums. OP, the rad will get you 3qts and the block/rad reservoir will get another 4ish. It is a very easy job although i agree 27k is very young to be doing this job. Check mine at 86k, still tasty!

    reason i want to change it is that it is 6 year old fluid in it. agree on the miles.

    Yep. Too many people only consider mileage when it should also include length of time. Here’s an example. Would you do nothing if a 6 year old vehicle had only 5,000 miles on it? Everything degrades over time- everything. Can you imagine the amount of moisture that creeps into all of the systems that don’t get “evaporated-off” as they do when the vehicles are run at temperature for periods of time? Mileage is a good barometer for vehicles that log 12,000 miles per year. Anything less would probably benefit by using time.
