Hey everyone, I'm getting ready to do the wheel bearings on my truck and noticed in the FSM that the rear axle hub bolts are marked as not reusable. They're the exact same part number as the front ones which I saw don't have that marking. So before I spend bunch of money and time replacing them, is it really needed? Thanks!

They seize and often get stretched during the hydraulic press off of the axle.

I change nearly all of them.

my last set fused to the bearing housing and had to be torched

they press into the bearing and hold it onto the backing plate. Not really worth trying to reuse IMO. 8 new bolts are cheap compared to your time to try and remove.

Yeah, I didn't look closely enough at all the procedures to do the job, this is actually more than I can do in an apartment parking spot. Thanks for the input guys!
