Took our 17 with 108k miles in for the same shutter. Just got a call saying it has antifreeze in the trans fluid. Waiting on a quote to be emailed over but the said new trans, radiator and transmission cooler if I heard him correctly.

My daughter has a 2015 RAV4 that developed a shudder. Had it to the Toyota dealer several times and they could never duplicate it. She finally went for a test ride with a tech and right away he said your torque converter lock up is bad causing the shudder. For the RAV4 there was actually a Toyota technical bulletin describing the symptoms and the fix. She got the torque converter replaced under the Toyota certified pre owned program at no charge to her. Has been driving fine ever since the TC replacement.

Drive it for a few weeks and see if it gets better. If it improves I'd do a couple more drain and refills. Typical shutter isn't felt at 20-30 mph it's more like 40-50 mph. Get another opinion, and don't rule out the needle bearing just because of no lift.
