    I saw this quoted and had to go back to have a better look….. unfuckingbelievable:eek::eek::eek: I hated remodeling, I’d especially hate that hot mess! That wouldn’t be a job we would have taken…. Not worth it imo! New build is the way to go. I’d do the same and demo that and start fresh!! Hope your buddy listens to you.
