Well if and when I’ll source mine I’ll let you know. I’ve tried everything in the two other threads about this and no luck so far. Pulled the battery cable and gave up for now, dealers shut down thanks to Covid so no help in the near future from there either.

Have they tried the master power switch in the door? I had my windows tinted, and my truck started doing this. Wouldn’t shut off, and I think it was actually turning itself back on into AC mode when the computer would shut it down after a certain amount of time. It also wouldn’t recognize the key fob to lock or unlock the doors, but it would start normally. My guess is that the tint company got moisture into the door and into the switch, and the dealership agrees. I disconnected the battery and threw a dehumidifier into the truck over night, and it’s currently working fine, although the tint is too fresh for the dealership to test the switch, which evidently requires rolling the window down. They want me to bring it back so they can fully test it. TBD for me, but may be an option for your truck.

I've seen weird issues at Lexus and we replaced a couple push buttons.

Mine was 100% due to fuse taps in the fuse panel, I overloaded the circuit. No more fuse taps no more problems.

I just had this same problem with mine. I turned the headlight switch from Auto to Off and it turned the accessories off. I wonder if it’s the headlight switch? Mine has a manual transmission, so it’s nothing to do with it being in Park.

This happened to me. Ended up being my key fob. Tried my backup fob and it works fine. Not sure if it’s battery related or fob just went bad. Will be trying new battery soon
