Ok with slimcubby having his group buy I need to make my decision on lighting. I am trying to decide if I should just go with his slim ballast bixenons or do a complete retrofit from theretrofitsource.com...

I know the trfs will give me better light but is the time, extra cost and effort worth it? I feel that I would be able to complete the retrofit as well I just don't know if it will be the greatest quality.

$125 for slims
$300 - $315 for retrofit

What do people think?

Well, one is illegal, will blind people, has poor dispersion characterisitics and is 10% dimmer at the bulb... the other is a projector retrofit.
