For sure! Yeah it’s amazing! and install is super easy. Only advice is to put down a soft towel on the ground under the side mirror because the caps have a mind of their own as you pop them off haha

 

so you just pop the chrome ones off and the smoke ones pop right on?

They are sequential too which is a pretty cool feature

 

You need to remove the painted mirror caps first then a few screws hold the chrome lights.

It's not too difficult.

 

Definitely take your time though and place a blanket under the mirror just in case the cap pops off.

Is Lunar Rock really that different in person vs photos? Can’t find this color on any local dealer lots on any vehicle…

 

It looks darker in low light and lighter in direct sun. I prefer the darker look myself.

 

Thanks for the reply! So is that it? Just looks different in different light or does it also look a lot less mint in person vs photos? Wish I could see one in person. Just none around that I can find…

 

It looks different depending on sunny vs overcast day too.

I personally don't think it looks very mint.

 

It is cement with a bit of green. Picture looks like it does in person to me

 

No trimming required. Big part of the reason I chose this one. Brand is Scorpion.

 

Depending on your location, there may be a few Rav 4s roaming around in LR.
Some say Gray, some say Green. Minty - only in some pictures, but not in person.

It often is difficult to distinguish from Cement - especially in the early evening.

 

Thanks for the replies. I just pulled the trigger on a dealer allocated TRD OR 6MT in LR. It’s due to be built on or around 1/24/23 and dealer said we should see it about the 1st of March. Just in time for my birthday…. I was on the search for a silver one until I found this thread. LR really grew on me with all of y’all’s pics. Then the wife said she liked it too and that was all the validation I needed… Still would have liked to have seen the color on any Toyota product just to make sure it isn’t too minty… I’m excited though. It’s been about 20 years since I’ve owned my last Toyota pickup.
