Gen3 TRD Sport Access Cab 4x4 and will be installing the Bilstein 5100 shock leveling kit. The rear-height will remain stock. I took measurements and the front seems to be exactly 1" lower than the rear. I'm assuming the 1.1" (3rd notch) would level the Tacoma perfectly then?

    How old?

The rear springs will sag with time, no matter what, so you typically don't want dead level, but nearly.

That said, 3rd clip is likely the best choice. Is the left and right even? I usually have to set the left one clip higher than the right.
