I'm genuinely sure it will be distributed better than most large scale charities.

It was probably the best place on the planet other than already inside a hospital with emt’s, O2, defibrillators, and ambulances standing by. Unlike concussions this really was a freak occurrence, possible at any time but extremely unlikely. He had the best possible care and if he keeps improving even a little bit each day it’s a good sign. We have to remember that being alive means we’re all at risk of something bad happening and those things don’t take time off for the cameras. What hit me is that there are so many professionals besides service men and women who have to deal with this sort of thing regularly. Football is violent but it’s not supposed to be like this.

We all process things differently so if anyone doesn’t like how I’m dealing with it, fine. Personally I’m trying to refrain from being critical of anyone for their reactions or what they say in the aftermath of such a tragic event.

If they decide to replay this game, I think best bet is to push playoffs back a week. That’ll eliminate the bye between the championship games and the Super Bowl but it’s just the least disruptive.

that being said, Hamlin’s charity is up to 5.6m as of 7am est. also read he’s down to 50% oxygen today so that’s progress. I pray he’s able to wake up and be able to fully recovery. If for no other reason than to see that his charity is gonna be able to do so much amazing work with that money

Unless they’re playing the Vikings, Eagles or Cowboys instead(or don’t make it at all with 3 teams vying for the 1 seed and 3 teams vying for the last spot). I don’t think Shanahan is taking his foot off the gas and Deebo is back. This is one of the more closely contested NFC finishes going into the playoffs, only the Giants and Bucs are locks with nowhere to go. I too hope they push the playoffs back a week to allow the Bills/Bengals game but I’d understand it if the teams and the league both have their reasons for just letting it go unplayed and I’m not gonna play the cynic on this one. It sucks that it had to happen this way but sooner or later there was going to be an interrupted game, if it happens during the playoffs instead of just beforehand they’ll have to figure out how to resolve it.

Won’t know who plays who until after this weeks games. Each one will solidify things but all 3 #1 seed hopefuls play in the afternoon and each of them could end up the 2 seed, only the Vikings play early and they can regain the 2 seed with a win and Niners loss. Plus the Packers have to win to even get to travel to one of those 4 cities.

Hang on a minute, the Packers still have to beat the Lions to get in

Seahawks only need 2 other teams to lose and we're in baby!

So in other words the Packers control their own destiny and the Seahawks don’t. Yeah, appropriate gif.
