    But the thing is I do not have any accessories installed from the factory EX. Tonneau cover running boards or anything like that All it comes with is it being four-wheel drive

    What is confusing? The RAV4 is a unibody with much higher structural rigidity. The Tacoma is a body on frame. If the Tacoma was a unibody, we could haul the world in it. However, unibody suspension won't allow the vehicle to perform well off road.
    This is the Reason the Ridgeline has a higher payload than most half ton trucks.
    Remember, every vehicle design is a compromise to fit a certain demographic.
