It’s not the same white….what to do?

Finally bought my dream truck so I finally bought my first brand new shell.

Truck is Ice Cap white. Code 040

Shell is a Snug Top rebel code 040.

They are not the same.

Camper Dealer Is saying I can send in my gas cap door and they can match the paint. 12 week turnaround. I don’t want to be driving with no gas cap door. Invites predators where I live.

Anyone ever have this issue with their whites? Snug Top 040 different than new Ice Cap?

 

Frustrating. Sorry. There should be a pretty clear color code for ice cap white they should have pulled the color from.

 

Buy another matching color gas cap and send that in with the cap, that way your truck stays intact.

 

Mine’s not off by that much (or is it? ), but it isn’t an exact match either.
