Hi, New Member, 06 Tacoma MT/4x4

Hi everyone,

I'm long-time TM lurker and new official member. I've been a Tacoma owner since I was 16. My first Tacoma was a '96 MT/4x4 it's maroon color. I've loved 4x4 vehicles since I was a kid and because of that little truck, I fell in love with Tacoma's. The old gal is still in the family, she's on my uncle's ranch in Honduras. I'll post pics of that truck when I do some IRL & digital rummaging.

The Tacoma below is my 2nd Gen '06, MT 4x4. It has about 150,000 miles on it. I bought her with about 44,00 miles after graduating from WVU in '08, let's Go Mountaineers! To date I've added the following components since I became the second owner.

• 31'BFG All-Terrains (I'll add type ASAP)
• Old Man Emu Suspension Kit (I'll add type ASAP) was installed in 2014
• OME kit was SWAPPED in December of 2022 with an Icon Stage 3 Suspension Kit (I'll add type ASAP).
• A pair of Old Man Emu leaf Springs are still on vehicle after the Icon kit install.

I'll be upgrading my headlight to the TRD Headlight assemblies with an upgraded harnes and bulbs in a couple weeks. Also, in 2023 I'll be replacing my cracked grill & grill frame with new OEM's and buying an upgraded build-to-order, all-metal, front bumper.

Looking forward to being a part of the community and getting my Tacoma out the trails of my home and greater southern California.
