In photo #2 of the instructions showing L2, L1, GND -- that sure looks small for the #6 and #8 wire listed on page 8 section 2.

Also anytime I have used a wire colored other than green for ground I used green tape on it - seems like Ford isn't paying attention to the details.

check the words in section 5.2 ;)

it wires like a hot tub, the switches determine max allowable draw. so the pictures 'could' be correct in a lower output setup. confusing, but 'correct'. we wired it with the appropriate size for 60A, and set the switches.

the 'yellow' ground in the picture is still correct for ground, electrical code requires any grounding wire be bare, or insulated ground wires need to be green or yellow with a green stripe. generally, US is solid green for ground(we ran a solid green wire), but EU is yellow/green-stripe. the blue/brown is the dead giveaway that this is european standard wiring colors. blue over there is neutral(water is below), brown is hot(color of your pants when you touch it!) european grounds are almost always yellow with a green stripe.

tail lights, door, and mirrors say it's a chevy express/gmc savana, more typically a chevy though.

it's pretty similar to my grandfathers rv.

this is his model, with some color changes, same, though the wheels and the lack of the color differences make that one look larger

he always despised pulling trailers, so insisted on this instead. imo, i'd rather take a trailer...

Air ride suspension that either leaks really bad or dumps the air when the engine is shut off.

    Agh!!!!
Doing some late night tedious work.
Op1 for some knife handles. Material is a shredded and recast carbon fiber. Op1 is just to bore out 6 holes, counterbore 4 of the holes and then chamfer them. Just over 4 minutes to complete. If I stay on top of it I can average 5 minutes between each piece.

Nasty material, crazy Carbon splinters, and I’m wearing a respirator the whole time. It’s expensive too, each one of these costs about $40.

    But everyone loves this stuff.

    I guess I was never anyone .

That is why people should pay big $$$ for Custom work.

Then for some reason, think They are your only customer and think it should be shipped the next day.

    Always at bargain shipping rates.

Yeah, I am trying to steer away from full custom work and do more production and semi-custom work.

Thankfully I sell this product through Etsy and the shipping time is well noted. But I do get the “Amazon now” guys every once in a while.

I have actually had one person rip into me about price. Otherwise it has not been too bad.

    Sounds about right.
Goodmorning crew and happy belated birthday @308savage .
Back into work and a half hour early that's more typical of me.
Work has been slow this week with only one job that fell under machinist activity; machine a bearing housing cover for a pump...ehh corrects thrust on Kingsbury.
Going to put pads and rotors on kids car after work today, glad it's just 8 hr days this week.
Happy Friday and stay safe all:thumbsup:
