Hello, does anyone know the part number to the connector for the rear bumper sensor (what the sensor plugs into) or is there an existing thread for the connector? My truck got rear ended and my connector was damaged in addition to the sensor...

That is much cheaper than the Blind Side Monitor (BSM) I destroyed ($700).

I replaced my rear passenger sensor in May 2019 and I've never had an issue with it. Just passing that on if anyone is wondering about longevity.

I bought the part from Amazon but still want to use my original sensor. The housing is cracked (along with the tail light and rear fender). Do I need to take the Amazon sensor out and use the back or can I just snap the top piece onto my original sensor? I’m taking it to a dealer tomorrow to put on the new fender and light. I just had this problem, hit a post and I need to replace the ring. Do you think this will work?

I wanted to get the same hoypeyfiy one but it looks like Amazon doesn’t sell them anymore. Anybody use another one or know of one that I can buy that’s similar? Just need to replaced the ring.

Do you need to recalibrate anything when you do this? Or is it plug and play?
