    The issue I have with these is how much lower the arm sits, they went back to the 3rd gen 4runner/1st gen Tacoma design where the joint connection is mounted above the arm.

    Reduces ground clearance by probably a good 2-4" it looks like.

Mines are already moved forward from Jd fab’s kit. Most of the cutting are up front but still needed to cut on the pinch weld/firewall area. Have about a little over an inch left space full lock on driver’s side turned left. Got rid of the windshield wiper fluid and put a smaller custom one. Battery still fit on same area but is elevated.

    Doing Lt right now as shown, but also shows what I tubbed for stock width.
    Going to have to re tub the outside edge a hair, and more into the battery/washer area since I have more uptravel and the wheel is pushed forward about an inch from stock with the new kit.
    So far the Tundra rack has been bulletproof, havent bent a 555 tie rod, and still havent broken a stock cv. But, picking up some Rcvs since I dont want to buy several +2 shafts.
    Going to just carry a spare Add tube since that will be the new weakpoint.

    Yeah the blue is too bright and shiny, I'll probably have everything powdercoated black when I start messing around with spring rates/revalving. And yeah curious how the Tg's will be, never had hydros on ifs before so dont know what to expect really.

    I went with trail gear bumps too. I’m curious to see how they do. First hydro bumps for me though so nothing to compare it to.

    What spring rate did you go with? My only advice for running hydros on IFS is too look at how much up travel you have before you engage the bump. Lots of trucks out there have little to no up travel and virtually ride on the bumps, which is in a way a spring itself. I shortened my bumps to 1" up front and have been really happy with them.

    Most hydro bumps aren't anything too impressive, it's old technology but they do the job. The price of the Trail Gear bumps is appealing but I am curious to know the quality of the components they are using.

    Yeah I was going to destroke mine to probably 1.25-1.5", have them mounted kinda far compaired to some.
    Have some cheaper than Tg daystar hydros in the rear and I think they still work :rofl: probably will do Tgs in the rear too eventually.

    Right now the coilovers came with 16" 600s, I'll probably do 18" 550s or 500s

    Have you ever tried to service yours after shortening them? Mine were so hard to get back together with the short stroke I feel like they are disposable now because no chance am I getting that snap ring out.
