Hi all , new guy here . 1st posting. Been wanting a Tacoma for a long time and just traded my 2014 Ram reg cab for 19 Sr5 that just came in off lease. I first did a test drive on a traded 17 TRD with a lift kit which I really liked the height. But Carfax revealed a side collision and I swayed away from that immediately. Maybe should have held out and waited for a newer TRD but I had the itch and issues with the Ram and it was time to pull the trigger so I did. I like the Sr5 a lot but wish it were a bit higher. Wondering if bigger tire than the stocks(dealer replaced brand new) will be enough added height without compromising anything? Would a lift kit without a tire change look too awkward on the 16” wheels? Tires vs. lift if I were to only do ONE or the other at the moment is my question I guess. Thanks for any of your own experience.
